Feeder schools. In the district’s Find My School zones, the Flat Rock Middle zone and the Sandy Creek zone are the same, so Flat Rock Middle is the one middle school that feeds Sandy Creek. Five elementary zones feed Flat Rock: all of Robert J. Burch Elementary in Tyrone, most of North Fayette Elementary, the larger part of Crabapple Lane Elementary, part of Cleveland Elementary and a small corner of Kedron Elementary. The district does not publish a separate feeder list; this comes from matching Fayette County’s residential address points to the district’s zone maps.
In Peachtree City, 895 of the city’s 14,489 residential addresses are zoned for Sandy Creek, all in the Wilksmoor village, where they make up a third of the homes. Those addresses go to Crabapple Lane or Kedron for elementary school and Flat Rock for middle school. The rest of the city goes to McIntosh High or Starr’s Mill High.
